Jeb, (John Richards), 72, born and raised in Lyndhurst, passed away at home surrounded by family on December 7, 2024. Jeb was a loving husband, father, pop-pop, brother, uncle, son in law, and friend.
He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Richards, his mother, Annette Richards, son, John Richards, daughter, Lindsay Richards, grandson, Liam Moya, siblings, Stephen Richards, and Deborah Shaw, (Cliff). Mother and father in law, Andrew and Maureen Pacucci, brother in laws, sister in laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Predeceased by his father, John Richards, brothers Gregory and Randy Richards.
Jeb grew up in Lyndhurst where he attended The Little Red School House as a child, for which he was very proud. He worked as a truck driver at Cardella Trucking and Veniero Trucking. Jeb loved spending time with his grandson Liam, his best little buddy in the whole wide world, his family and friends.
He enjoyed his lavish lifestyle of fine dining, expensive wine, and riding his Harley. You could find Jeb puttering around his garage with one of his many buddies, giving orders, one of his favorite roles. Jeb was a man with many friends of all ages, all of whom loved him dearly. His friends looked up to him and will tell how he taught them so much. He was a father to many! Always generous and lending a hand when needed. He touched and left his imprint on so many of us!
Jeb has certainly earned his wings, may he rest peacefully. He will be missed by all!
Funeral Service Thursday 10 AM at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Interment to follow, Cresthaven Memorial Park, Clifton. Friends & Family will be recieved Wednesday 4-8 PM
