John Tree

John Tree , 70, of Nutley, NJ on Thursday, August 4, 2011. Devoted son of the late John & Helen Tree. Loving companion of Judy Barnett. Beloved brother of Ellen Guarnieri, Marie Cash & brother-in-law John Cash. Cherished uncle of Elaine Nunn and Sioban Dillon. Adored granduncle of Katie, Sam, Jack & Ryan. Mr. Tree was a lifelong avid auto aficionado. He was a member of the Alumni Association of Lyndhurst High School Class of 1959, a journal writer for the annual Sports Hall of Fame for Lyndhurst High School and had articles published in the Commercial Leader Newspaper. He was treasured by the fellowship of the Alumni. Mr. Tree was a great raconteur. Funeral Tuesday, August 9th, at 9 AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 10 AM Sacred Heart R.C. Church. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery. Friends will be received Sunday, August 7th, 1-4 PM and Monday, August 8th, 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
