John Veltre, 52, of Nutley, New Jersey, formerly of Jersey City, passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2023. Beloved husband of Melissa (nee Boymann) Veltre. Devoted son of Janet (nee Norton) & John Veltre. Loving father of Erin Frances and Katie Anne Veltre. Dear brother of Anthony Michael & his wife Brenda Veltre, the late Joseph Veltre, and brother-in-law of Thomas & his wife Lisa Boymann and Jennifer & her husband Christopher Fodera. Also survived by loving nieces and nephews. John was a chef for the past 20 years. Friends will be received Sunday 2-6PM at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Cremation will be private.
