Carillo, Joseph Edward, 81, of Fairfield, New Jersey passed away on Friday January 11, 2019. Beloved husband of Rose Marie (nee Catalano) Carillo. Loving father of Karen & her husband Anthony Fioretti, LoriAnn & her husband John Pesci, and Edward & his wife Jennifer Carillo. Cherished grandfather of Amanda & her husband Drew Bachmann, Matthew Pesci, Randi Pesci, R.J. Carillo, Natasha Fioretti, and Serena Fioretti. Adored great-grandfather of Emilia Jo. Mr. Carillo was a Project Manager for Equitable Life Insurance Company in Manhattan for 40 years before retiring in 1993. Funeral Wednesday at 9AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield. Funeral Mass Wednesday 10AM St. Thomas More RC Church. Entombment Gate of Heaven Chapel Mausoleum.
