Joseph J Rega, Jr.

Rega, Jospeh J., Jr., of Fairfield, NJ on September 15, 2007. Devoted father of Leslie Wasik and her husband Michael. Dear brother of Michael Rega. Loving grandfather of Michael and Ryan Wasik. Also survived by former wife Terry (nee Brancato). Mr. Rega served in the Air Force during the Vietnam Era. He lived in Belleville before moving to Fairfield 40 years ago. He was a member and past Grand Knight of the Fairfield Knights of Columbus, council 6380. He was a former CCD teacher at St. Thomas More RC Church in Fairfield. Mr. Rega was also an Ordained Minister for Christian Fellowship and a member of Prison Fellowship, a spiritual ministry to inmates in NJ prisons. There will be a Memorial Mass on Saturday, September 22 at 10AM in St. Thomas More RC Church. Cremation was private.
