Joseph Parisi

Joseph Parisi, 74, of North Arlington, formerly of Jersey City, New Jersey, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2022. Beloved son of the late Charles & Mary (nee Martelli) Parisi. Loving father of Matthew Parisi & his wife Kisha and Dana Parisi. Cherished grandfather of Sierra, Justin, and Jianna. Dear brother of LuAnn Becker and the late Charles "Junior" Parisi. Also survived by former wife Frances Parisi, loving cousins, nieces, nephews, and his dear companion Carol Larocca. Joseph loved spending time with family, friends, and living life his way. He also loved animals including his 2 dogs and cat. Joe was born and raised in Jersey City. He was a graduate of Ferris High School and Jersey City University. He was a trustee and life long member of Holy Rosary Church, who was honored for his hard work and dedication to the church. Joe worked over 40 years in the banking industry which included chemical, Chase and Provident bank as a Mortgage loan supervisor. Once retired he became a North Arlington crossing guard, a position he held up until his death. Funeral Tuesday at 9:30AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 11AM Holy Rosary Church, Jersey City. Friends will be received Monday 4-8PM. Cremation private.
