Veltre, Joseph, 57, of New York, NY passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2022. Born in Jersey City, New Jersey, he resided in Manhattan most of his adult life. Beloved husband of Denise Veltre. Loving son of Janet & John Veltre. Dear brother of Anthony Michael Veltre and his wife Brenda and John Veltre and his wife Melissa. Cherished uncle of Gabriella, Shannon, Anthony Jr., Erin, and Katie Anne. Adored nephew and Godson of Arlene Flanagan. Endeared cousin of Susan Krohn and many Veltre cousins. Joseph loved music especially Rolling Stones and Aerosmith. He enjoyed watching sports and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. He leaves behind many devoted and loyal friends. Funeral Monday at 9:30AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 10:30AM Sacred Heart R.C. Church, Lyndhurst. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends will be received Sunday 2-6PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
