Julian Frank Dawiskiba

Julian Frank Dawiskiba, 93, of Lyndhurst, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2015. Mr. Dawiskiba was born in Sunderland, MA and moved to Jersey City in 1926, and has been a resident of Lyndhurst since 1954. He worked for Colgate-Palmolive in Jersey City and also worked for Square D in Secaucus. He was a World War II veteran who served from 1942-1946. Predeceased by his brother Walter who was killed in the Battle of the Bulge in France. Also predeceased by his beloved wife Mary (Bovasso) Dawiskiba in 1991. He is survived by his two sons, Frank & his wife Kathy, and John & his wife Rosemarie and by his grandchildren John & Shawn. Funeral Friday at 9 AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 10 AM Sacred Heart R.C. Church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends will be received Thursday 4-8 PM.
