Klara Katherine Schenk (nee Preis), 88, of Pine Brook, New Jersey, passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Edward Schenk. Loving mother of Edward Schenk, Robert & his wife Audrey Schenk, James & his wife Deborah Schenk and Michael Schenk & his wife Wanda Tarapata. Cherished grandmother of Robert, Elizabeth Cassanelli, Eric, Darren, Steven, Nicholas, Frederick, Amelia, Christopher and Benedict. Adored great-grandmother of Marlee and Francesca. Mrs. Schenk was a devoted and loving wife and mother who was most happiest spending time with her family and was always willing to help others. She was a faithful and prayerful woman who was an active member of her church and enjoyed teaching second grade catechism for 40 years. Memorial Mass Tuesday, March 14th, 10AM St. Pius X Church, Montville. Inurnment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
