Laverne Curcio

LaVerne Curcio (nee Edwards), 81, of Clifton, formerly of Lyndhurst on Saturday, July 14, 2007. Beloved wife of the late Peter. Loving mother of Carmela and her husband Al Somma, Charlene Richards, Lucy Curcio and her husband Chris Papas. Dear sister of Lee and Joseph Edwards, Goldie Paolazzi and the late Lucy Harris. Cherished grandmother of Jeff, Torre, Shawna and Scott, Jason and Lindsay. Great-grandmother of Alyssa, Joshua and Scarlett. Sister-in-law of Charles Curcio. LaVerna was a member of the Lyndhurst United Methodist Church and a member of it's United Methodist Women Group and Circle 5. She was also involved in the Lyndhurst Juvenile Conference Committee, the Republican County Committee of Lyndhurst and the Lyndhurst Unico. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11am at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery.
