It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Loretta Kiczek (nee Musial), who departed this life naturally on December 21, 2024. at the age of 91. Born on November 29,1933, in Archbald, PA. to Laura and Frank Musial and lived in Eynon, Pa. At an early age her family moved to Bayonne NJ, where she met the love of her life Edward . They married in 1953 and made their home in Lyndhurst where they raised their 3 children. Loretta led a life characterized by her dedication and love for her family. She was the proud mother of her son Edward, daughter Lenore and son Paul (Zeke).
Loretta spent her time raising her children and volunteering at many organizations in town. She was a member of the Polish American Citizens Club, Loops of Love and the St. Michael's Rosary Society. The Polish American Club was her passion where she was a board member for many years. In her spare time, if she wasn't baking bread for family, friends and neighbors she would crochet baby blankets with Loops of Love for local hospitals. Being a member of the St Michael's Rosary Society deeply rooted her faith and devotion in the Blessed Mother. Anyone in need of help or a volunteer Loretta was always there. The word "NO" was never in her vocabulary. She made friends everywhere she went.
Loretta is predeceased by her husband, Edward Kiczek: her parents Frank and Laura Musial: and her sister Marie Gurczynski. Loretta is survived by her beloved son Edward, his wife Donna, their three children Craig, Jeffrey and Sheri. Her daughter Lenore Podolski, her husband Joseph, their two sons Joseph and Eric. And her son Paul, his wife Tia and their two sons Ryan and Aric. Her sisters Barbara Prescott and Donna Musial Wiley: and many loved ones whose lives she touched with kindness, warmth and compassion. She was called Babci and "the Babcinator" by her seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren who brought her endless joy. She will be remembered for her unwavering support and abundance of love.
