Louise Ardissone

Luisa "Louise" Ardissone (nee Bagnatti), was born on June 21, 1918 and entered eternal rest on November 11, 2012. A loving wife of Peter Ardissone, devoted mother of Janet Joyce Flynn and cherished sibling of five sisters, all of whom predeceased her. She was a beloved grandmother of Judith Flynn Romano of Erie, CO, Kathleen Flynn of Westport, CT, Daniel Flynn of Randolph, NJ, and Peter Flynn of Flanders, NJ, and proud great-grandmother of ten. Louise grew up in Jersey City, NJ before moving to North Bergen, Secaucus and later Ridgefield, NJ, where she lived for nearly 30 years. A member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union (ILGWA), Louise was a seamstress most of her life. She was also an active member of the Ridgefield Senior Citizens Center. Funeral Mass Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 10 AM at St. Matthew R.C. Church, Ridgefield. Entombment Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum. Arrangements under the direction of Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hunterdon Care Center, 1 Leisure Court, Flemington NJ 08822, to support a Skype program that is currently being launched to allow patients to visit with their loved ones via the computer when they cannot visit together face to face.
