Marcello-Saccente, Lucille (nee Parlapiano), of Staten Island, NY, formerly of Newark and Edison, on Sunday, December 7, 2003. Beloved wife of the late Charles Marcello and the late Mario Saccente. Loving mother of Richard C. Marcello and his wife Maribeth and Janet A. Cutruzzula and her husband Frank. Dear sister of Rosalind Musmanno and her husband Ernest. Cherished grandmother of Matthew, Anthony and Lauren. Mrs. Saccente grew up in Newark and spent her life in Belleville, Denville and Edison before settling in New York. She enjoyed the arts, especially through cinema. She also enjoyed reading and traveling, especially to Italy. She was an active member of senior citizen groups on Staten Island. She worked as an administrator for Pathmark Supermarkets before retiring in 1996. Funeral Wednesday 8AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ. Funeral Mass 9AM at St. Michael's RC Church. Interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Friends and Relatives will be received Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
