Heffern, Lydia M. (nee McCallum), 83, of Lyndhurst, NJ on Friday, December 10, 2010. Beloved wife of the late Thomas. Loving mother of Thomas & his wife Janet, Donald & his wife Anne and Bernard & his wife Donna Heffern. Dear sister of the late Malcolm, Donald, Robert and Mary. Cherished grandmother of Tara, Jenna, Donald, Caitlin, Brian & Bernard. Mrs. Heffern was assistant vice president and branch manager at Kearny Federal Bank for 18 years before retiring in 1986. She was a member of AARP #4319 in Lyndhurst and a very active member in Mt. Carmel Church Loops for Love. Funeral Monday at 10 AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 11 AM Our Lady of Mt. Carmel R.C. Church. Interment Arlington Cemetery. Friends will be received Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
