Maria Karlak (nee Duda), 93, of Lyndhurst, New Jersey, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Maximilian Karlak. Loving mother of Jane Oreda and the late Melanie Karlak. Dear sister of the late John Duda. Cherished grandmother of Diane & her husband Andrew Brynczka, Tracie & her husband Kevin Carey, Mark & his wife Meredith Buranicz and 7 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Karlak was born in Poland and worked in New York City before retiring. She was a devoted grandmother to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral Friday 9 AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 10 AM St. Michael's R.C. Church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
