Mary Dalli

Dalli, Mary (nee Morales), 85, of Nutley, NJ died on Wednesday, May 2, 2007. She was born and raised in Jersey City, NJ and lived in Nutley for the last 35 years. Beloved wife to the late Carmine Dalli and devoted mother to Diane Ferrucci and her late husband Ronald, Denise Petriello and her husband Joseph, Debra Monteleone and her husband Joseph, Doreen Majana and her husband Alejandro. Cherished grandmother to Loni Grillo, Rene Pizzano, Cara Rousselle, Marco Ferrucci, Matthew and Jeff Petriello, Timothy Lyons, Dana and Alexa Majana. Great-grandmother of Sydney Grillo and Gianna Pizzano.
Caring for the needs of her family is how Mary spent her life. One of 13 children herself, she is survived by many nieces, nephews and godchildren.
A woman of numerous talents, non surpassed her culinary skills. The kitchen was her artistic palate and masterpieces were enjoyed there by her family of four generations, friends and anyone else who appeared at her table. She was also a former employee of Macy's and Hahne's Dept. Stores and Shulton Corp. of Clifton.
Visiting hours are Friday 2-4, 7-9pm at Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst NJ. A final visitation will be held at 10:00am on Saturday at the funeral home, followed be an 11:00am mass at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 10 Franklin Place, North Arlington.
