Mary S. Muhleisen (Sopchak), 86, of Lyndhurst, NJ on Thursday, November 14, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Robert Muhleisen. Loving mother of Cathy & her husband William Hahn, David & his wife Donna Muhleisen, Robert & his wife Nettie Muhleisen and the late Thomas Muhleisen. Dear sister of Helen Cieciecznski, Irene Molner, Joseph Sopchak, and the late Blanche, Suppy, Anthony, Elizabeth, Evelyn, Theresa, Butch and Carol. Cherished grandmother of Joey, Christine, Jennifer, Abigail, Rachel, Katie & Jack. Mrs. Muhleisen worked as an operator/dispatcher for NJ Bell for 35 years before retiring in 1992. Mary was an incredible mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and aunt. She inspired anyone who met her to be a better person and to love life. She touched the lives of many people in a positive way and we hope that her influence will remain in the hearts of those she has left behind. Funeral Monday at 10 AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 11 AM St. Michael's R.C. Church. Interment Hillside Cemetery.
