Ritchie, Michael J., 87, of Lyndhurst, New Jersey passed away on Friday August 3, 2018. Beloved wife of Peggy (nee Rizzo) Ritchie. Loving father of LuAnne and her late husband Ray Wagner and the late Joseph Ritchie. Cherished grandfather of Raven Alana Ritchie. Dear brother of Marie Higgins and the late Andrew Ritchie. Mr. Ritchie was a combat veteran in the 25th Infantry of US Army serving during the Korean War. He worked as Inventory Control for Engelhard Industries before retiring. Michael then went on to become a crossing guard in Lyndhurst for over 20 years. Funeral Service Friday at 9AM-1030AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst.
