Mihaly "Mike" Vitencz, 83, of Flagler Beach, FL, died at the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House in Palm Coast, FL, on July 6, 2013. He was born and raised in Marianosztra, Hungary, where he learned his appreciation and love for family, friends, and gypsy violin music. He immigrated to the United States in 1957, where he spent the most of the next 40 years living in Fairfield, NJ. There he married his beloved wife, Ella, and together they raised two children. He was the proud owner and operator of Elmi Machine & Tool Company and an investor of real estate in Flagler Beach, FL. In 1997 he became a permanent resident Flagler Beach, FL. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held on August 10th at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield, NJ from 11 AM-12:30 PM. He is survived by his son Victor Vitencz of Fairfield, his daughter Judy Kulich & her husband George Kulich, Jr. of Jefferson Twp, his four grandchildren, Zack, Alina, Gabriella & Anneliese and his beloved sister, Piroska of Erd, Hungary. Memorial contributions can be made in Mike's name to Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House, 150 Medical Pkwy, Palm Coast FL 32164.
