Mina M Kennedy

Kennedy, Mina M. (nee Chisholm) 96, started her journey in Highbridge in the Bronx and raised her family in Edgewater and spent the last 10 years in East Hampton, NY, on Tuesday, June 4 2013. Beloved wife of the late Retired Edgewater Police Chief Francis P Kennedy (Babe). Loving mother of the late Kevin Kennedy, Brian and his wife Marie Kennedy, Margaret McMahon and Patricia Kennedy Tuths and her husband Michael. Preceded in death by her siblings Katherine Chisholm, Mary Murtha, George Chisholm, Gladys Hooper and Isabel Lee. Cherished grandmother of Allison, Kevin, Lauren, Nicholas, Richard, Michael and Vincent. Adored great-gramina to Aiden and Madeline. Mina was a member of the Holy Rosary RC Church, Rosary Society; she was also a graduate of Mt. St. Vincent's in Riverdale. Funeral Friday at 10AM from the Hunt-Stellato Funeral Home, 1601 Palisade Avenue, Fort Lee. Funeral Mass 11am Holy Rosary RC Church, Edgewater. Interment to follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Family and friends will be received Thursday 2-4 & 7-9. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Mina's memory to East End Hospice, PO Box 1048 West Hampton Beach, NY 11978.
