Nicholas A. Coppola, "Nicky Blue", of Lyndhurst, NJ formerly of Belleville, on Thursday, February 4, 2010. Beloved husband of Josephine (nee Senneca) Coppola. Loving father of Emmajean Coppola Borgia & her husband Robert and the late Cynthia Coppola. Cherished grandfather of Jeffrey Nicholas Borgia. Dear brother of Helen (Honey Bunny) Coppola, Florence Collucci, and the late Samuel, Victor and Joseph Coppola, Anna Prignano, Gilda (Jean) Devito, Angie (Marion) Ferrelli, Emma Sorcco and Claire. Mr. Coppola was born in Newark and retired from the City of Newark as Assistant Superintendent of Streets & Sidewalks in 1994. He received his BS degree from the University of Houston, Texas and served in Okinawa during World War II. "The party's over". Funeral Monday at 9AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Rd., Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 10AM Sacred Heart R.C. Church. Interment Hollywood Memorial Park, Union.
