Nicholas Bochicchio

Nicholas Bochicchio, 65, of Kinnelon, NJ on Monday, March 31, 2014. Nicholas was born April 4, 1948 to Rose (nee Kush) & Carmine J. Bochicchio in Manhattan, NY. He was the loving husband of Mary K. Bochicchio (nee De Cotiis) and father to Jason John Bochicchio. Nick graduated from St. Joseph's High School in West New York, NJ in 1966. He served in the United States Army from 1966-69 and recently received his 40 year pin from the United Brotherhood of Carpenter and Joiners of America. Nick especially enjoyed telling long stories and spending time with family and friends. He took great pleasure in sports, coaching little league teams and participating in community works such as Christmas in April. Nick fought a long battle with cancer and will be deeply missed. A Memorial Service will be held at Our Lady of Magnificat Church (Chapel) at 11 AM on April 5, 2014. Private cremation was under the direction of Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Habitat for Humanity.org, Make a Wish (www.wish.org) or American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org).
