Nicholas Dana Verrastro

Verrastro, Nicholas Dana, 71, a longtime resident of Westwood, New Jersey, passed away on Monday, March 15, 2021. He was the beloved son of Nicholas T. & Iona (nee Cappelletti) Verrastro. Survived by loving sisters Pamela & her husband Anthony Paretti and Christina & her husband Barry Minkin. Cherished uncle of Michelle, Glenn, Brentt, Jarett, Erynn, Grace, and Jett. Nicholas was an Army Veteran who served proudly from 1971-1973 as a Military Police officer stationed in Miesau, Germany. He was a graduate of Marietta College in Ohio. His career was spent in travel media as editor for Travel Trade for many years and also associate editor for Travel Agent Magazine and senior editor with ASTA. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021, 12:30PM at Garden of Memories Mausoleum in Washington Twp, New Jersey.
