Mrs. Bulger was a Teacher's Aide in Jersey City Public School #28 for 22 years before retiring. She was President of the Friends of the Library Club in Manahawkin. Funeral Wednesday 9AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ. Funeral Mass 10AM St. Cecilia's Church . Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
