Purcell, Patrick A., 58, of Lyndhurst, NJ was called into the company of the Lord on Saturday, July 16, 2011. Beloved husband of Patricia (nee Reilly) Purcell. Dear son of Catherine & the late John Purcell. Loving father of Tricia Purcell, Melissa Purcell-Channing & her husband Michael, Patrick Purcell, Jr. & his fiance Diana Lopez, and Nina Purcell. Cherished grandfather of Michael, Jr. & Melanie. Dear brother of Jack & his wife Linda Purcell, Mary & her husband the late David Capen, Kathy Purcell, Kevin & his wife Debbie Purcell, & Karen Colon. Loving brother-in-law of Thomas Reilly, Jr., Karen & her husband Raymond Floriani, Yvonne & her husband John Albanese, & Cheryl & her husband John Buckheit. Also survived by many nieces & nephews, relatives & friends. Pat is now in heaven with his best friend & dog Gretel Ann. Pat was an Ironworker for Local 45 & worked on the restoration of the Statue of Liberty. He is a Marine Corp veteran. Pat was an avid sports fan both professional and recreational. He coached football & softball for the Clifton Colts & Eastern Division Little League. Pat was an outdoorsman, he loved star-gazing, camping, and fishing. Funeral Wednesday at 9AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ. Funeral Mass 10AM at St. Michael's R.C. Church. Cremation East Ridgelawn Crematory.
