Patrick F. Geraci

Geraci, Patrick F., age 96 entered into eternal rest on 7/4/2015. He was born in The Bronx, NY and shortly after moved to Lyndhurst, NJ with his parents, Maria and John and brother Albert, all deceased. Mr. Geraci's beloved wife, Concetta Tedesco, predeceased him in 2007 after sharing 65 years of marriage. He leaves behind to mourn him his daughter Antoinette and her husband Herb Sigrist, daughter Concetta Ascoli, daughter Geraldine and her husband Fred Alfano and son Wayne and his wife Barbara. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Mr. Geraci was a WWII Veteran having served in Normandy, Ardennes, Central Europe, Northern France and The Rhineland and was the recipient of five battle stars. He was employed at Bendix Corp in Teterboro as an Engineering Experimental Machinist for 25 years and Shop Steward for 8 years. He was also employed as a machine shop supervisor for Ecolaire Condenser in Elizabeth, NJ and Tool Room Supervisor for Resistoflex Corporation, Roseland, NJ. In his spare time, Mr "G", as he was often called, was a flight instructor of light aircraft; land and sea. He was a lifetime member of VFW and Past Master of Archimede Roma Lodge 854 F&AM, New York. Funeral Wednesday 10 AM from Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Rd. Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 11 AM at St. Michael's R.C. Church. Interment to follow Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Friends will be received Monday 7-9 PM and Tuesday 4-8 PM.
