Ralph Bonavolonta

Ralph Bonavolonta, 97, of Fairfield, NJ on Sunday, July 25, 2010. Beloved Husband of Mary (nee Conduso) Bonavolonta. Loving father of Jules & his wife Linda Bonavolonta, Maryrose & her husband the late Abel Schall and Adriana & her husband Mark Mazza. Dear brother of Luigi & Mary both residing in Italy. Also survived by the "lights of his life", 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Mr. Bonavolonta came from Marigliano, Italy, near Naples, on October 29, 1929. He met his wife Mary at a Christmas party in 1938 and they married on January 21, 1940, just celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary. He lived in Madison, Newark, Montclair and Fairfield. He was a tailor and furrier extraordinaire. Friends will be received Thursday 10:30-11:30 AM at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield.
