Robert F. Unger

Robert F. Unger, 80, of Fairfield, NJ on June 9, 2009. Beloved Husband of Marie (nee Miller). Loving Father of Terry Anne Unger and Robert Unger, both of Colorado Springs and the late Robin Silverstein. Dear Brother of Dorothy Ahlen and Richard Unger. Also survived by many Nieces & Nephews. Mr. Unger was an Electrical Engineer at Bendix Corp. in Teterboro for 38 years before retiring in 1992. He was a US Army Veteran, a 1963 graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree and was an usher and in the bell choir in St. Thomas More R.C. Church. Funeral Saturday at 9 AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield. Funeral Mass 10 AM St. Thomas More R.C. Church. Interment Calvary Cemetery, Paterson. Friends will be received Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
