Rose C. Vuono

Rose C. Vuono (nee Montalto), 85, of Lyndhurst, NJ on Thursday, June 3, 2010. Beloved wife of the late Ralph A. Vuono. Loving mother of Chizzie & Linda Vuono, Ralph A. Jr. & Patricia Vuono and Frank & Dorothy Vuono. Dear sister-in-law of Michael Vuono. Cherished grandmother of Laura Ann Marinelli, Jamie Ann Vuono, Danielle Marie Volpe, Ralph J. Vuono, Theresa Rose Vuono, Lisa Marie Vuono and Renada Leigh Vuono. Adored great-grandmother of Rianna Marinelli, Michael Marinelli, Brian James Volpe, Madison Taylor Volpe, Jayline Hewitt Vuono and James Anthony Hewitt Vuono. She was an aunt and grand-aunt to many nieces & nephews. Mrs. Vuono was extremely active in the Lyndhurst community. As she raised her family, she and her husband Ralph were involved in the Little League program for 20 years and many programs that supported Lyndhurst athletics. She was a member of OLMC Rosary Society and the Friendship Club. Funeral Monday at 9 AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 10 AM Our Lady of Mt. Carmel R.C. Church. Interment Hillside Cemetery. Friends will be received Saturday 5-8 PM & Sunday 3-8 PM. Donations may be made to the Ralph A.
