Marchese, Rose Elaine (nee Fargo), 93, of Holy Rosary Parish in Jersey City, New Jersey, passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2019. Beloved wife of 56 years to John Marchese who she met at a USO Dance during the Second World War. Loving mother of John Marchese (Lucia), Neil Marchese (Martha), Francis Marchese (Lisa) and Mary Jude Mantell (Michael). Adored grandmother of Michele, John Anthony, Brittany, Emily, Alexandria, Lena, Justine, Katerina, Casey, Neil Adam, Mary Michael and Jennie. Devoted great-grandmother to Mia, Madison, Makenna, Brielle, Dean, John Joseph, Leah, William, Oliver and Lily. Dear sister to Neil Fargo, and predeceased by her sister Jeannie Viggiano. Loved by many nieces and nephews. She was everyone's Rose. Her greatest joy in life were her children and great-grandchildren. Her love of travel with her best buddies, Rose Ferrara and Annette Amoroso. And spending time on the beaches of Spring Lake, New Jersey. Funeral Friday 9:30AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 10:30AM Sacred Heart R.C. Church. Interment Hillside Cemetery. Friends will be received Thursday 4-8PM.
