Rose Marie A. Grifo-Giaquinto

Grifo-Giaquinto, Rose Marie A. , 87, formerly of downtown Jersey City, NJ passed away suddenly on Sunday, November 30, 2008. Predeceased by her husband Louis John Giaquinto. Devoted mother and mother-in-law to Annamarie & Dennis Latushko, and Nicholas & Sharon Giaquinto. Cherished grandmother of Vincent, Stephen, Nicholas, Troy, Ashley & Christopher. Also predeceased by her sister Anna E. Grifo and four brothers, Ralph (Mayor), Nicholas (Sam), John & Joseph Grifo. Also survived by many nieces, nephews & Godchildren. Mrs. Giaquinto was a past president of the Ladies Auxilery of Jersey City Moose Lodge #266. She was an Avon representative for the Avon Company for the last 54 years. She enjoyed bowling and pool shooting in the last few years of her fulfilling life. Funeral Thursday at 9:30AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ. Funeral Mass 10:30AM St. Stephen's R.C. Church, Kearny. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends will be received Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers donations to the family will be accepted and appreciated.
