Rose Marie Moleti

It is with tremendous sadness that we announce the passing of Rose Marie Moleti, 81. Rose was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who departed this life on October 1, 2024 surrounded by her beloved family.

Rose was born on June 11, 1943 in North Berge, NJ to Francis and Rachel Laurencich. She spent her childhood in North Bergen and graduated from Emerson High School in 1961. Rose was the epitome of beauty. In 1966, she won the title of Miss West New York. On July 1, 1967 Rose married the love of her life, Ronald S. Moleti. The happy couple welcomed two children, Mark and Michele before settling down in Clifton, NJ.

Rose started her career as a secretary at First National Bank and then developed her interest in real estate. After getting her real estate license she worked at Circus Realty before retiring from Community Property Management in 1999. After retirement she volunteered her time as an HOA board president.

Rose loved spending time in the kitchen creating delicious meals for her family. Cooking was her passion and her skills in the kitchen were a true talent. During her pastime, she enjoyed doing crafts, dancing, shopping and playing bingo. Her enthusiasm for travel, especially taking trips to Las Vegas and Atlantic City for bingo tournaments was her greatest pleasure. But her most significant joy was being a devoted grandma and "Gammie" to Hailey, Matthew, Sophia, Michael, Maya, and Mason.

Rose loved being the life of the party. She had a heart of gold and was always willing to lend a hand to others. Her sense of humor, compassion and resilience towards life was admirable. She was a fierce warrior whose strength inspired anyone who had the pleasure of meeting her.

Rose is predeceased by her parents, Francis and Rachel Laurencich, husband Ronald S. Moleti, son Mark Moteli, sister Laura Galbraith, brother-in-law Robert, sister Frances "Patti" Malfetti, and brother-in-law George.

Rose will be forever missed by her daughter Michele, granddaughter Hailey, sisters Rina & her husband Angelo Palazzo and June & her husband John Mollica, and many cherished nieces, nephews, as well as grand nieces, nephews, and countless friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, on Thursday from 4-8 PM. Funeral mass Friday 10 AM at St Michael the Archangel R.C. Church. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
