Rosemary Casella

Rosemary Casella, 72, of Hoboken, New Jersey sadly passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2023. She was born on July 7, 1950 to Joseph & Anita Casella in Jersey City, New Jersey. Roe, as she was lovingly called by her family, was the beloved sister of William, Joseph Jr., and the late Theresa Gastelu (nee Casella). Cherished aunt to Cassandra, Joseph, Leah, Leo, Gary Jr. and Joseph & his wife Nicole. Great aunt of Vincenza, Theresa and Olivia. Sister-in-law of Vincenza, Gary and Loida. Rosemary enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews. She brought a sense of humor and laughter everywhere she went. An avid animal lover, Rosemary often helped animals in need and always generously contributed to many animal charities. The Funeral Mass for Rosemary will be held at St. Francis Church, 308 Jefferson Street, Hoboken NJ 07030 on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 1PM. Arrangements under the direction of Caiola-Stellato Funeral Home, 691 Avenue C, Bayonne. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Humane Society of the United States, 1255 23rd Street NW, Suite 450, Washington DC 20037.
