Ruth R. Hutchison

Dr. Ruth R. Hutchison (nee Reagan), 77, of Fairfield, NJ on Tuesday, May 15, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Patrick J. Hutchison. Loving mother of Patrick "Rick" M. Hutchison. Dear sister of Richard & his wife Karen Reagan, and Margaret & her husband John Kungl. Also survived by many cousins, nieces & nephews. Dr. Hutchison was a Professor Emerita at Seton Hall University College of Nursing. She was a 1955 graduate of Passaic General Hospital School of Nursing, she received her B.S.N. in 1963 from Seton Hall University, her M.S. in Public Health in 1967 and her Doctorate of Public Health in 1988 from the School of Public Health Columbia Unversity. She retired full time in 1997 and from 1997-2008 served as adjunct professor at Seton Hall. She enjoyed watercolor, needlepoint and crewel. Funeral Friday at 9 AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield. Funeral Service 10 AM First Lutheran Church of Montclair. Entombment George Washington Memorial Park. Friends will be received Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Dr. Ruth R.
