Salvatore P. Diblasi

Salvatore P. DiBlasi, 71, of North Arlington, NJ, formerly of Jersey City, passed away on Wednesday, November 14, 2018. Beloved husband of Julia DiBlasi (nee Stamm). Devoted son of Carmela (nee Cappadona) & the late Pietro DiBlasi. Loving father of Stephanie & her husband Brian Coyne and Peter & his wife Marianne DiBlasi. Cherished Nonno of Peter, Jr. & Leo. Dear brother of Maria & her husband Rocco Aversa. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Mr. DiBlasi was a self employed Contractor and a Councilman in North Arlington from 2006-2009. He was a member of Unico National and Elks Lodge 1992. He was a Navy veteran serving during the Vietnam War. Funeral Saturday 9AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Funeral Mass 10AM St. Michael's R.C. Church. Entombment Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum. Family and friends will be received Friday 4-8PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Humane Society of Bergen County, 221 Stuyvesant Avenue, Lyndhurst NJ 07071.
