Sophie De Gennaro (nee Palamar), 91, of Fairfield, NJ, on Friday, August 12, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Ralph. Loving mother of Katherine Milich & her husband the late Robert and Linda Duncan & her husband James. Dear sister of Jerome Palamar. Cherished grandmother of Stephen Milich, Matthew Milich, Adam Duncan, Jennifer Duncan and the late Rebecca Milich. Adored great-grandmother of Sophia Milich. Also survived by extended family member Henry Milich. Mrs. De Gennaro was the secretary of the Bronx Chapter of the Parkinson's Support Group. Funeral Thursday at 9 AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield. Funeral Mass 10 AM St. Thomas More R.C. Church. Interment St. Raymond's Cemetery, Bronx. Friends will be received Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers donations in Sophie's memory may be made to Arthritis Foundation, 122 E 42nd Street, 18th Floor, New York NY 10168.
