Stanley Joseph Wierzbicki

Stanley Joseph Wierzbicki, 89, of Toms River, New Jersey passed away on Friday, January 18, 2019. He was born and raised in Jersey City, he then lived in Lyndhurst, Rutherford and Florida before residing in Toms River for 30 years. Beloved husband of the late Mary Kathryn Wierzbicki. Loving father of Barbara Deel, Patricia Vilardo, Mary Jean Pompeo, Peter Wierzbicki, and Diane Boyd. Adored grandfather of Nicole, Tina, Gary Lee, Matthew, Ashley, Grant, and Dylan. Cherished great-grandfather of 7 great-grandchildren. Stanley met his wife Mary Kathryn at the Boys Club of America where his then future father-in-law was the director. He was a musician and played drums in a band with his brother. Mr. Wierzbicki was employed by Arvy's Corporation in Jersey City as a die-cutter. Friends will be received Thursday 10AM-12PM with a funeral service to follow at 12PM at the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst. Entombment Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum.
