Sylvia T. Anthony

Sylvia T. Anthony (nee Crescitelli), 77, of Pine Brook, New Jersey, passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2015. Beloved wife of Robert Anthony. Loving mother of Alfred & his wife Lori Anthony and Therese & her husband Dennis Lynch. Cherished grandmother of Luke, Aidan, Sammy, Jude, Joseph, Nicholas, & Gabriella. Dear sister of Therese Bellifemine and Michelle & her husband Michael Fucilli. Adored aunt of Michael, Anthony, & Stephen Fucilli and Marie-Ann, Michelle, & Jessica Bellifemine. Mrs. Anthony received her Bachelor's degree from Fordham University. She went on to receive a double Master's degree, one from Montclair State University and the other from William Paterson University. Sylvia worked for the Bogota School System on the Child Study Team for 24 years before retiring in 1998. Shortly after her retirement she returned to Lady Liberty Charter School in Harrison & Newark where she continued to touch the lives of special needs children. Funeral Wednesday at 9AM from the Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 7 Two Bridges Road, Fairfield, New Jersey. Funeral Mass 10AM St. Thomas More RC Church. Entombment Gate of Heaven Chapel Mausoleum.
