Thomas J. Birkner, Jr., 44, of Jersey City, New Jersey passed away on Friday, April 26, 2024. Beloved father of Nathaniel. He leaves behind his loving parents, Carol Lombardi, Thomas Birkner & his wife Diane and his grandfather Joseph Lombardi and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He is predeceased by his cherished grandparents, Margaret Lombardi and Thomas & Helen Birkner.
Thomas worked in IT and as a line cook for a time. He especially enjoyed spending time with his son and rooting for his favorite sports teams, the New York Rangers, Giants and Yankees. He will be greatly missed for his fun-loving personality and his love for his family.
Memorial service Saturday 2-4 PM at Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home, 425 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst.
