Vincent, a man who bought laughter and happiness to our hearts, died on April 10, 2021. Vinny was born in Brooklyn, NY to Genevieve and Vincent Minarovich. His younger years included many jobs that enriched his life. He later moved to New Jersey where he started his career as a store manager for Inserra Supermarkets. His fun-loving and positive attitude were infectious. Vinny was known as a legend and hero to many. He loved to tell stories about his life, and he always had “an audience.” Known as “The Big V.” to friends, he loved the racetrack, Las Vegas, and Atlantic City. Vinny also enjoyed going to various restaurants and to the beach to relax. Vinny is survived by his cherished wife Marilynn “Lynn” (DiTonto) and his children Bill and his wife Mae, Deborah and her husband Kenny. He is predeceased by his son Michael. He is also survived by his brother Jack and his wife Ann, sisters Audrey and her husband George, Carol and Barbara, his sister-in law Lauren, and her husband Ed. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Kimberly and Brian, and GG Emma, in addition to many beloved nieces and nephews: Bob, Lyndsey, Tracy Ann, Jason, Siobhain, George, Karen and Peter and loyal friends. Vinny bought laughter and happiness to our hearts. He lived every day to the fullest and those who were lucky enough to love him, came along for the ride. Heaven is so lucky to have their newest member! We hope they are prepared for this charming and amazing man. Cremation and memorial services will be private, and a celebration of life gathering will be held in the near future.
