William A. Oates

William A. Oates, of Edgewater, NJ passed away on February 28, 2010. Mr. Oates was predeceased by his parents, Hubert and Bridget (Delia), brothers, John, Hubert, Michael and Hubert Jr. and sister Patricia. Mr. Oates was honorably discharged by the US Navy and was a retired member of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Local 52, NY. He is survived by his brother, Kevin of Boynton Beach, FL and sisters Elizabeth Decelle of River Edge and Mary Ann Naughton of Kendall Park, NJ and many nieces & nephews. Funeral Mass Saturday at 9 AM at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Edgewater. Burial will be private. Donations in memory of Mr. Oates may be made payable to NJ Veterans Memorial Home, Attn Volunteer Office, 1 Veterans Drive, Paramus NJ 07652. Arrangements are under the direction of Hunt-Stellato Funeral Home, 1601 Palisade Avenue, Fort Lee NJ 07024.
